On National Saffron Day, we look at a valuable treasure that has been cultivated by the powerful hands of Iranian farmers. It is up to us to hold this valuable heritage with pride and preserve its authenticity for dear Iran. Saffron calls us to a deep respect for nature and our culture, and National Saffron Day reminds us of the importance of preserving this national treasure.

Since years ago, with the aim of supporting red gold, measures were taken to register this day. Correspondence with the then ministeragricultural jihadIn order to propose the registration of the national saffron day in the country's calendar, it was done to support the identity of this Iranian product. In this regard, a letter was sent by him to the honorable Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance to follow up on this important issue. With the change of government, this plan remained silent for a while; However, with continuous follow-up and effective cooperation and valuable support from other sympathizers, institutions and activists in the field of saffron, the fifth day of Aban was named as the national saffron day in the country's calendar.

In line with the global introduction of saffron, special measures have been taken for proper packaging and supply of this product. For this purpose, design and production of an artistic package including national strategic products centered on saffron and in the form of "Iran's national souvenirs" was also seriously followed up to introduce this red gold to the world, to show the originality and art of Iran. This plan is introduced with the aim of providing worthy souvenirs, as a cultural ambassador, in order to preserve and promote Iran's national heritage.
