How to get a sample
In order to facilitate the sampling process and increase the accuracy of the test results, Mustafavi company\'s laboratory receives samples in the following two ways: 1) In-person receiving Dear customers can deliver their desired samples by visiting the laboratory in person.
Conditions and tips for sending samples
Accurate labeling of samples (including product name, harvest or production date, and customer name) is required. The laboratory accepts responsibility for the physical health of the sample until delivery only if received in person or by certified courier.
How to get test results
With the aim of increasing transparency, facilitating access and customer satisfaction, Mustafavi\'s laboratory provides the results of the tests to the applicants in the following two ways: 1) Receiving in person (the physical version, after the test, customers can receive a printed copy of the test results report by visiting the laboratory in person. The reports have the official seal of the laboratory and the signature of the technical expert and can also be used to submit to legal authorities. 2) Receive online through Mustafavi\'s website by entering the laboratory section.
The cost of sending and returning the sample
In order to clarify the process of receiving samples, Mustafavi Laboratory announces the following policies regarding the costs of sending and returning samples: 1) The cost of sending samples to the laboratory is the responsibility of the customer and can be done by mail, courier, or in person.
Sample expiration date
To ensure the accuracy of the results and the validity of the tests, the received samples can only be examined within a certain period of time.
Duration of sample storage in the laboratory
In order to properly manage the storage space and comply with health standards, Mustafavi Laboratory has set a specific period for storing the received samples: • The storage period for the samples after the test is a maximum of 14 working days.
The deadline for protesting test results
In compliance with the principles of transparency and accountability, Mustafavi Laboratory has made it possible for customers to request re-examination if there is any ambiguity or dissatisfaction with the test results.
