Mostafavi Accredited Laboratory, dedicated to enhancing quality and precise product control, successfully obtained an official license from the National Accreditation Center of Iran (NACI) under license number NACI-LAB-1443 on 18th November , 2020. This accreditation confirms the laboratory full compliance with the international ISO/IEC 17025 standard, guaranteeing its credibility both nationally and internationally. Although the laboratory initially focused on specialized saffron experiments, it has since expanded its services to meet market demands by interrogating tests on other products such as tomato paste, pickles, saffron spray, and various other food products. Today, Mostafavi Laboratory can conduct various physical, chemical, and microbial experiments in accordance with the latest standards. his development marks a significant step toward ensuring product quality and increasing consumer trust in Mostafavi brand.

Sample Submission
Mostafavi Laboratory, committed to streamlining the sample collection process and ensuring accurate test results, accepts samples through the following two methods: 1) In-Person Submission Clients are welcome to visit the laboratory to submit their samples directly. To ensure a quick and efficient submission process, please contact us in advance with details of the sample type and quantity. 2) Postal or Courier Delivery Samples can also be sent from anywhere in the country via postal or courier services. Before sending, please contact the laboratory to receive and fill in the sample submission form. All sample packs must be in compliance with the recommended conditions—such as maintaining appropriate temperature and preventing contamination.
Terms & Requirements of Sample Submition
Samples must be accurately labeled ( including product name, collection/production date, client name). The laboratory is responsible for sample condition only if received in person or via approved courier. The submission form must accompany each sample. The sample submission form must be sent with each sample.
Test Results Access
Mostafavi Laboratory provides test results through the following two methods to build trust, facilitate access, and enhance customer satisfaction: In-Person Access (Physical Copy): Clients can receive a printed test report directly from the laboratory. Each report is officially stamped and signed by a technical expert, making it valid for legal use. Online Access (Mostafavi Website): Clients can view and download their test reports by logging into the laboratory section on Mostafavi’s official website using their tracking code and order number. This fast and convenient method eliminates the need for an in-person visit, saving both time and cost, while also allowing easy storage and archiving of PDF reports.
Sample Submission and Retrieval Fee
Mostafavi Saffron laboratory follows the below policies on sample submission and return fees to provide a clear path of sample submission process: 1) Sample submission Fee: Sample submission can be in-person, or sent via post and courier; and the total cost is on clients. During delivery, please ensure inappropriate packaging to maintain sample physical health and quality. 2) Sample Return Fee (if needed): In case of sample return request from clients, the return process can be through any post or courier that is approved by the laboratory; and the total cost t is on clients. Note: Sample return is impossible in some cases, such as when a sample is contaminated or consumed during experiments.
ٍSample Expiry Date
There is a specific sample testing period to ensure test results accuracy and validity. Please note the following points: 1) The expiry date of each sample depends on the product type and storage conditions. In general, samples must be tested within 7 days to 2 months of receipt. After this period, the quality and reliability of the results may be affected. 2) A shorter testing period and specific storage requirements (such as a cold chain) are necessary for items prone to spoilage or degradation, such as pickles or high-moisture samples. 3) If a sample is not stored properly after the allowed period, or if it is expired, the laboratory will not be able to perform the test, and the client must submit a new sample. Important Recommendation: To prevent wasting time and cost, please send samples immediately after collection or production, and ensure they are properly packaged.
Lab Sample Retention Period
Thers is a specific lab sample retention period for proper storage management and compliance with hygiene standards: 1) Samples are stored for a maximum of 14 working days after testing. After this period, they will be safely disposed of in accordance with environmental regulations. 2) In case of client request sample return request before this period, any remaining will be returned at the client’s expense. 3) Retention and return is impossible in case of fully-consumed samples, such as in chemical or microbial tests. Note) After retention period, the laboratory has no responsibility toward storing or returning samples.
Deadline to Test Results Appeal
Mostafavi Laboratory, committed to integrity and liability principles, offers clients the option to request a review if they have any concerns or dissatisfaction with test results. Appeals must be submitted within 7 working days of esult access. All appeals must be sent in writing via the laboratory official email or through the appeal form on the website. Upon receipt, the appeal will be thoroughly reviewed within 5 working days, and the client will be notified of the final decision by phone or email. If a re-evaluation is required, a retest will be scheduled based on mutual agreement and the nature of the test. Note: Appeals submitted after the deadline will only be considered under exceptional circumstances at the management’s discretion.
