زرشک هاش خیلی درشت و پفکی هستن. اصلا نیازی به پاک کردن نداشت و حتی یدونه سنگ ریزه یا دم زرشک توش نبود. تو زرشک پلو با مرغ رنگ قرمزش محشر میشه.
